At the heart of the Camargue, within walking distance of the resort of Le Grau-du-Roi, you’ll find Camping de La Marine. This campsite is a great base for exploring this beautiful area or simply relaxing under the Mediterranean sun. From here you can discover all that the Camargue has to offer, including the medieval city of Aigues-Mortes and its ramparts.
This is a campsite with a fantastic array of activities, a beautiful pool with water slides close to Espiguette beach and ideal for exploring the beautiful Camargue region.
On site there is everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. The pool complex is a real draw with its waterslides and children’s pool for little ones. For those who want to keep active there are plenty of activities on offer including football, volleyball, boules and table tennis. Make the most of the pool area which features a swimming pool, a paddling pool and waterslides. Evenings onsite can be enjoyed around the communal barbecues or with a relaxing meal in the onsite restaurant.
Please note that some facilities and activities are only available during high season. Please check at the time of booking if there is an activity or facility which is crucial for your holiday. There is no Canvas Holidays courier on site.

The campsite enjoys a great location in an area of outstanding beauty, close to the Mediterranean. The pretty seaside resort of Le Grau du Roi is a short stroll away and is well worth a visit to see the numerous boats in the marina and to enjoy a delicious meal in a local restaurant. The fascinating cosmopolitan cities of Montpellier and Nimes are both within easy driving distance of the campsite and make an enjoyable day trip.
The local area is home to Europe’s longest, wildest sandy beach, lovely little towns and lots of natural parkland. When you’re out and about in the area keep your eyes peeled for the local wildlife including pink flamingos and wild white Camargue horses.
