About Camping les Grottes de RoffyThis is a superb area for some stunning walking and cycling, and the scenery has to be seen to believed, just as the restaurants have to be tried for their "to die for" food. From here you can easily explore the Dordogne and even take a canoe trip if you feel like it, whilst one day you may wish to see the medieval and historic town of Sarlat which is a mere 6 Km away
Think of the Dordogne and, chances are, you’ll picture yourself browsing bric-a-brac stores in some mellow-stone village, or lazing the day away alongside a riverbank. Plump for a holiday in Les Grottes de Roffy and you can put yourself in the picture, and as this is a dog friendly campsite your family mutt may love to come with you.
This small and friendly parc is perfectly positioned for exploring the beautiful Périgord region, with its cobbled medieval towns, châteaux and meandering rivers. But the parc itself puts up a bit of a fight for your attention too; there’s a pool complex, including a kid’s pool, jacuzzi and fantastic restaurant too
