Camping Polari near Rivinj, Istrian peninsula
Camping Polari is a 3 * camp site located near to Rovinj on the Istrian peninsular. This site is perfect for active holidaymakers because there is so much going on for all ages.
The Camping Polari campsite lies amid both pine and olive trees which give shade when it is really hot. It is also handily situated right next to the beach and the clear blue of the Adriatic Sea opposite the Italian coast just a few miles away.
Camping Polari has a thriving children's club and for older campers there are various organised activities including sports tournaments and fitness classes.
If you like what some people call "active rest" then the large freshwater pool complex at the heart of the campsite is the perfect spot to relax and cool down after an active day of sunbathing.
There are 2 beaches here (and a well signposted nudist beach) and they are the main draw to this region and both beaches hold "Blue Flag" awards meaning that they reach the highest standards for cleanliness and safety. The waters are crystal clear and fantastic for all ages with the gently sloping shoreline and warm waters.

The town is an old and picturesque Croatian fishing port with a harbour on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula. The old part of the town stands on a headland, with houses tightly crowded right down to the seafront.
This quaint old town still has original cobbled streets, and right at the top is the ancient church of St. Euphemia, whose towering steeple dominates the skyline. The Rovinj archipelago's 14 islands lie immediately off the mainland.
